Your payment indicates your acceptance of these Rules & Conditions:
- Set up begins at 8am; you must be fully set up by 10am, and remain open for business until 3pm.
- You must have a tent and windproofing stakes and weights as needed.
- There are no refunds in the event of your absence and/or market cancellation for weather or any other reason, at the discretion of the Chamber. You will be notified of a cancellation no later than 8am on the day of the Market; we always strive to notify you even earlier than this whenever possible.
- Failure to abide by these conditions may result in termination of this agreement.
