Your payment indicates your acceptance of these Rules & Conditions:

• Set up begins at 8am; you must be fully set up by 10am, and remain open for business until 3pm.
• You must have a tent and windproofing stakes and weights as needed.
• There are no refunds in the event of your absence and/or market cancellation for weather or any other reason, at the discretion of the Chamber. You will be notified of a cancellation no later than 8am on the day of the Market; we always strive to notify you even earlier than this whenever possible.
• Failure to abide by these conditions may result in termination of this agreement.

Do not submit your payment until you have received approval from the Atlantic Highlands Chamber of Commerce. If you have received approval, then you may continue with your payment. Thank you!
