Since 2008, we have entrusted numerous restoration projects of our old house to Catspaw, including: basement wall and floor renovation; bathroom renovation with customized facilities; roof, chimney and gutter repairs; complete kitchen renovation, including artisanal tile floor installation; deck and porch repair, including the installation of a logistically difficult wood staircase; and installation of a water drainage system and reinforcement of supporting concrete walls related to water-related foundation sinkage. 

We have never been disappointed in the outcome, and the work has frequently included many small extras above specifications.
