She graduated from Syracuse University in 2012, and since that time has illustrated 46 children's books and created thousands of portraits for animal lovers across the country and abroad. Raised in Rumson, Spicer now lives in Atlantic Highlands with her husband Zack Brown, a financial planner and current president of Atlantic Highland's EMS, and their six rescue dogs.
